Inner Power Yoga offers an opportunity to open space for you to "Restore balance" through a combination of Yoga, Breathing practices and meditation in one of the most powerful and magical places in the UK.
Samye Ling is a monastery and international centre of Buddhist training, known for the authenticity of its teachings and tradition. It offers instruction in Buddhist philosophy and meditation within the Karma Kagyu lineage of Tibetan Buddhism. It is also a centre for the preservation of Tibetan religion, culture, medicine, art, architecture and handicrafts.
The retreat will center around "Restoring Balance" and will combine Yoga, Pranayama (breathing exercises), meditation and relaxation, allowing the participants the free time to also immerse themselves in the activities organized by the Tibetan monks (Meditation, prayers, etc)

Friday 19th of June
Arrival -
Initial Yoga practice - 5 - 6 pm - Vigorous Yoga practice aiming to release tension/stress, enabling participants to immerse into the spirit of the retreat. "Theme: Let go!"
Dinner: 18:00 - 19:00 pm
19:00 - 20:00 hrs Optional: Join the Prayers with the Monks OR free time
20:30pm - 21:15pm - Setting the intention of the retreat
Saturday 20th June
6:00 - 7:00 am Optional - Join the morning prayers with the monks at their temple
7:00 - 8:00 am Breakfast
9:30 - 11:00 - Yoga session
11:15 - 12:00 - Yoga Philosophy and food -
12:00 - 13:00 - Lunch
13:00 - 14:30 - Free Time
14:30 - 17:00 - Gentle Yoga + Discussion of Yoga philosophy on how to bring balance into our lives
17:00- 18:00 - Free time or join the meditation session with the Monks at their temple
18:00 - 19:00 - Dinner
19:00 - 20:00 - Free time OR join the chanting session with the Monks
20:30 - 21:30 - Yoga Nidra
